Because our services are delivered digitally and become available upon posting a listing, all payments made for listing plans, upgrades, and promotional features are non-refundable.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

  • Instant Access to Services
    Once a listing plan is purchased, your listing benefits such publishing tools and exposure within the directory are activated right away. Due to this immediate access, the service is considered delivered at the time of purchase.
  • Digital Visibility Cannot Be Returned
    Directory exposure cannot be reversed or “undone.” Your listing may have already been viewed, indexed, or interacted with by users or search engines. Because this visibility has already occurred, the service cannot be reclaimed or refunded.
  • Operational Costs
    Listing plans support the ongoing infrastructure, moderation, and maintenance required to keep the directory running smoothly for all users. These operational costs are incurred as soon as your listing is activated.

Exceptions

MyEZfinder may consider a refund only in cases where there was no listing made from the purchased plan, duplicate billing, or proven technical errors where the service was not delivered as intended. These cases are reviewed solely at the discretion of MyEZfinder.
